A wide variety of downloadable software that analyses Sanger sequencing data are available, but to our knowledge there are no webservers which can perform batch assembly and analysis of such data. YAQAAT is a webserver that performs contig assembly either denovo or based on a template. If provided, mutations in assembled sequences will be analysed with respect to the template.
